Whirlwind Tequila Texas Summer with Maestro Dobel

This July, as things were heating up in Austin, Texas, Supper Club members chilled down with weekly fabulous libations and dinners from restaurants all over town. Our Maestro Dobel Virtual Dinner Series took us on a tour of Austin’s best spots to find that perfect tequila cocktail, all from the comfort of our homes.
We began this journey with our debut virtual dinner at Bob’s Steak & Chop House! In Texas, the name Bob’s has been synonymous with a best-in-class steakhouse experience for almost three decades, and with the help of our friends Maestro Dobel, we brought that Texas-born experience into your homes.
The Cocktail: Bob’s Maestro Dobel Añejo Old Fashioned

For our second dinner in our fabulous series with Maestro Dobel Tequila, we teamed up with the Southern staple Colleen’s Kitchen to help us craft the perfect Paloma - only fitting as it was National Tequila Week! Colleen feels that every day deserves celebration, and with this gorgeous Dobel classic, we couldn’t agree more.

Our last stop in July on this Tequila Tour of ATX took us into the kitchen of Chef Tim Love at Lonesome Dove. Chef Love designed a menu influenced by the ingredients, traditions, and cultures that have been part of the West since the first adventure began on the Goodnight-Loving and Chisholm Trails—with an added level of modern sophistication. All of this combined to make a perfect endcap to our July dinners.
