The stunning and highly anticipated addition of The NoMad to the Downtown Los Angeles restaurant scene this year hosted Supper Club members for our September dinner party. The New York staple, known for their impeccable bar program did not disappoint when it came to designing two custom created Maestro DOBEL Tequila cocktails exclusively for our event. The delectable cocktails designed by the NoMad's bar team Adam George Fournier and Dave Purcell, highlighted the premium tequila perfectly with seasonal ingredients that were delicious to the taste and beautiful to eye.

Orchard Heat

1.5oz Maestro DOBEL Reposado
4 dashes of Mole Bitters (Bittermens)
Half strawberry (Muddled)
0.5oz Moulin Touchais
0.5oz Creme de Cacao
0.5oz Jalapeno infused Agave Syrup
0.5oz Lemon Juice
0.75oz Amontillado Sherry

Shaken, strained over one large cube

Dessert Blossom

1.25oz Maestro DOBEL Diamante
5 drops of saline solution (pinch of salt)
0.25oz Giffard Banana
0.5oz Amaro Nonino
0.75oz Celery infused Dolin Blanc Vermouth

Stirred, strain into coupe over edible orchid
