A glamorous evening beneath the stars took flight high above at Pilot - a rooftop restaurant and bar inspired by the coast of the Mediterranean, situated atop The Hoxton Hotel Downtown.
Spectacular Glenfiddich Whisky cocktails took tastebuds to new horizons while members took in the magnificent views during a seated cocktail reception. Before tucking into the sublime multi-course affair, Glenfiddich Whisky Ambassador Allan Roth and Executive Chef John Taube IV revealed the meaning behind the whisky pairings and carefully curated dinner menu.
A mouthwatering marinated peach and burrata with candied pistachios kicked of the feast followed by a beautiful glazed short rib and a plum chocolate layer cake all paired perfectly with Glenfiddich Whisky.
