Legacy Series Dinner at Pacific Standard Time

May 30 2019

On Thursday, May 30th, The Supper Club hosted members to a Maestro Dobel Tequila Legacy Series Dinner at Chicago hotspot eatery, Pacific Standard Time. Located in the heart of the hustle and bustle of the River North neighborhood, the West Coast-inspired haven instantly transported guests to a laid back state of mind with its über chic, minimalist decor and ambience.

Members pushed through the glass doors of the private dining room entrance to discover an airy space, filled with florals and curated art by the special guest of honor, Esperanza Rosas, AKA Runsy; a Chicago-based multidisciplinary artist specializing in illustration. Maestro Dobel Tequila cocktails flowed before the main event - a hearty multi-course dinner of California-inspired cuisine from chef Erling Wu-Bower, teamed to perfection with Maestro Dobel Tequila expressions.

Ladies and gents took their seats around long tables glowing with flickering candle light, as Noelle Beristain, Maestro Dobel Brand Director, stood to welcomed guests with a Tequila toast. A Q&A then followed, led by Louisa St. Pierre and Runsy - adding a memorable and inspirational note to the festivities. As the evening ended on a sweet note with a delectable Maestro Dobel Café Jalisco cocktail and one last bite of chocolate budino, guests were surprised with a custom illustration piece by Runsy herself, featuring none other than Maestro Dobel Tequila. It was a night in celebration of flavors—flavors of tequila, of food, art and life! SALUD!
