“Le Voyage through Cognac” Dinner Experience with Hennessy

Cognac lovers were in for a treat at Employees Only for our “Le Voyage through Cognac” dinner experience with Hennessy. Los Angeles members entered the stunning private dining room where a fun filled and engaging hands-on experience instantly whisked guests away. Members gathered in groups around the impressive gold bar where Hennessy Ambassador, Richard Varga walked guests through how to make the classic Hennessy V.S.O.P. French 75 cocktail. The interactive experience set the tone of curiosity for the evening ahead.
As members took their seats at one long table, Richard introduced everyone to the history, heritage and unique savoir-faire behind the special Cognac. After guests enjoyed the appetizer course, they dove into learning how to make the oldest cocktail - the Hennessy V.S.O.P Cognac Sazerac in a guided session. Guests continued to indulge in the sumptuous dinner taking their newfound knowledge to new heights as they experienced how to properly sample Hennessy V.S.O.P. and Hennessy X.O. with a guided tasting learning how to appreciate the aromas, tastes and flavors in one of Hennessy's most popular blends. The final toast paired with the olive oil cake was a neat tasting of Hennessy X.O. over a tea rock.
