    San Francisco Supper Clubbers, we cordially invite you to join us for a virtual evening of decadence from the comfort of your home. Once bespoke packages land on doorsteps across the city, members will discover a stunning bottle of Clase Azul Tequila matched superbly with a caviar kit created by our friends at The Caviar Co.

    The soirée will begin via zoom as we swirl our Clase Azul Tequila snifters as Head of Brand Experience, Alexia Tapanes, whisks our tastebuds away to Jalisco, Mexico, followed by Caviar 101 with Petra Bergstein, Co-Founder of the The Caviar Co.

    Clase Azul Tequila is world renowned for its superior quality and the rich flavor profile of its tequilas. The tequilas are crafted using only 100% organic Tequilana Weber Blue agaves – the only kind of agave out of 200 varieties that produces tequila. Once harvested, the agaves are cooked in old-fashioned brick ovens for 72 hours. Once cooked, the piñas are crushed to extract the juices, which are then mixed with a special proprietary yeast. The fermentation process takes place, and finally, the alcohol is distilled twice with careful attention to ensure the highest quality spirit. This ultra-premium line of tequilas is produced in the town of Jesús María, one of the highest points in the Los Altos region of the state of Jalisco. Attention to detail is evident at every stage of the production process, from selecting the finest organic agaves, through to the handcrafted spirit decanters which feature artwork from Mexican artists, adding an additional layer of sophistication to the experience of Clase Azul.
