POLAR

This cozy and intimate cocktail lounge is the newest addition beneath the Hotel Marcel. Serving small bites from 'inoteca and hand crafted cocktails by mixologist Somer Perez, this new lounge is icy cool and highlighted with pictures of Polar Bears and sleek nooks.

La Pomme

Seducing all the senses, La Pomme is a new venue that combines high-style design and grand décor with ‘Fellini-esque” elements of debaucherous mystery to create an imaginative and raucous metropolitan escape. Owner and operator Tommy Tardie (Ultra) worked with New York’s PR Design Group to revamp the space into a sleek, lavish wonderland, while celebrity photographer Fadil Berisha contributes to the visual stylings with enticing photo murals that transport patrons into his fantasy world of glamour and indulgence. La pomme, or ‘the apple’ in French, is the proverbial forbidden fruit: pure and simple, but with an underlying element of sensuality and taboo.
