Summer Solstice Dinner Party

In the heart of West Hollywood, Supper Club members gathered at upscale Indian restaurant Electric Karma to celebrate the commencement of summer. Past the silent projections of Bollywood stars in the main dining room, members engaged in conversation and enjoyed the harmonious flavors of northern Indian cuisine on the private, candle-lit, patio.

The authentic Punjabi cuisine was prepared with unconventional flair by owner and chef Paramjit Singh, leaving the taste buds of the members in a temporary state of nirvana. The rich, varied, and seasonal menu included Veggie Samosas, Bhel Puri, Mixed Chutneys, Vegetarian Tandoori Salad, Rice and Broccoli, Salmon Tandoori, Shrimp Vindaloo, Lamb Tikka Masala, Chicken Tikka, Rice pudding, and Gulab Jaman.
