Earth Day Celebrations at Malibu Farm

Apr 25 2012

To celebrate Earth Day and all things green and healthy, The Supper Club invited LA members to Malibu Farm for a fresh, organic & locally sourced luncheon to honor treating our planet and our bodies with love and respect. Upon arrival, guests were given a map of the property taking them on a journey around the farm, to meet Arnold the Pig and Furry Footed Hens in the Front Yard at The Malibu Mary Bar, where Bacon and Egg Appetizers were served; and then to the Nubian Goats Casey and Quincy by the Corral and eat Cauliflower Flatbread Pizza’s.

Set amidst an idyllic landscape, a long white table, adorned with florals that could have been plucked straight out of an English Garden, welcomed guests to a sumptuous three course meal. Everyone took in the fresh air and amiable company over rock shrimp & pesto couscous, kale caesar, jidori chicken with cherry tomatoes and Parmesan smashed potatoes, topped off with a scrumptious berry crumble and a basil ice cream.
