Bollywood Bash

Supper Club members journeyed to two exotic destinations at Naya in Silver Lake to experience a Bollywood Bash filled with unexpected sights and tastes, including ostentatious interiors and modern-Indian cuisine by Chef Imran Ali Mookhi. The evening started in the Moroccan lounge for Pisco Potron cocktails, including The Saint Pisco Porton and The Colchique; guests were then awed upon entering the ethereal dining room for dinner.

The delicious 3 course menu included appetizers such as assorted samosas, silky lamb kabob and a goat cheese medallion salad; entrees such as the coconut moile baby eggplant, butter chicken masala and everst lamb; and a dessert spread of flavorful sorbets, rose donuts, choco mossas and the cocktail faloodah. Charles Smith’s 2011 Kung Fu Girl Riesling and 2010 Velvet Devil Merlot tied every dish together with tact.
