The Economist & The Supper Club played host to a playful evening of "black tie & burgers," playing on the scale of economies in every day life. Guests arrived dressed to the nines ready for an evening of entertaining, complete with a dedicated tasting of Zacapa and Zacapa XO.
After guests were walked through the tasting notes of this unique rum, hearty appetizers of comfort food rolled throughout the room, setting the tone for the night ahead. Generous portions of Rare's signature burgers and entrees were indulged upon, one better than the next, only to be followed by a Zacapa dessert pairing with a rich dark chocolate mousse.
