The Economist & The Supper Club played host to a playful evening of "black tie & burgers," playing on the scale of economies in every day life. Guests arrived dressed to the nines ready for an evening of entertaining, complete with a dedicated tasting of Zacapa and Zacapa XO.
After guests were walked through the tasting notes of this unique rum, hearty appetizers of comfort food rolled throughout the room, setting the tone for the night ahead. Generous portions of Rare's signature burgers and entrees were indulged upon, one better than the next, only to be followed by a Zacapa dessert pairing with a rich dark chocolate mousse.

The Supper Club at the Crosby
Deep inside the trendy Crosby Street Hotel, Supper Club Ambassadors Peter Davis & Susan Shin hosted a stylish dinner party for 28 handpicked New York movers and shakers. Guests arrived in style in the Spring Room, gathering over refreshing Beefeater 24 cocktails on a balmy summers night, making for a wonderful start to an elegant evening ahead.
An eclectic mix of designers, journalists, entrepreneurs and artists enjoyed swapping stories with drink in hand. Floor to ceiling doors opened and unveiled a candle-lit communal table set to perfection. A three course dinner of seared scallops and sirloin steak was enjoyed by all, rounded off with a ‘B24 Gin Fizz’ cocktail paring with sweet German chocolate cake, the perfect ending to a lovely evening, to be remembered by all.
The Supper Club + Shepard Fairy + Bombay Sapphire = Tea Party!
Supper Club members were treated to a tantalizing Bollywood experience last week at Hollywood’s exclusive h.wood and Tea Room. An enticing spicy Indian dinner catered by Bombay Palace kicked off the evening, honoring celebrated artist Shepard Fairey. Tea guru and owner of the Tea Room, Sameer Gupta also celebrated his birthday while the soothing sounds of Mala Ganguly played live in the background.
Bombay Sapphire Tea Cocktails were free flowing all night long, and eagerly received by our thirsty crowd. After dinner, guests were ushered into the adjacent Tea Room, for more celebrations, Prohibition Bombay Sapphire Tea Cocktails and cakes in a candlelit room showcasing Fairey’s newest art collection. As the evening progressed, guests took to the dance floor, and concluded yet another fabulous and intimate evening with The Supper Club and Bombay Sapphire in Los Angeles.
